- Daily Swing Strategy

- QuickTopSwing
- Monthly Momentum Basket
- The Next Trading Week
- related technical setups, alerts and strategy updates
TizyCharts publishes standardized, rules-based market analysis and documents the evolution of predefined technical strategies.

2. Impersonal and Standardized Content
TizyCharts content is standardized and impersonal.
It is not based on any reader’s:
- financial situation;
- investment objectives;
- portfolio composition;
- income or available capital;
- investment experience;
- risk tolerance;
- tax position;
- personal investment horizon.
TizyCharts does not provide personalized investment advice and does not determine whether any setup, security, allocation or strategy is suitable for a specific reader.
TizyCharts does not:
- manage subscriber portfolios;
- receive money for investment;
- hold subscriber assets;
- execute or transmit trading orders;
- connect to subscriber brokerage accounts;
- determine position sizes for individual readers;
- instruct individual readers to buy, sell or hold securities.
Readers remain solely responsible for their own research, decisions, risk management and execution.
3. Meaning of TizyCharts Levels and Statuses
TizyCharts uses standardized terminology across its publications, dashboards and alerts.
Setup
A setup is a market condition identified and tracked according to the predefined rules of a TizyCharts strategy.
The publication of a setup does not mean that the strategy has been activated.
Activation Level or Activation Area
The activation level or area is the predefined price condition used by the strategy to determine whether a setup may become active.
An activation level is a model reference and not a guaranteed execution price.
Depending on the specific strategy, price reaching or crossing a level may require additional confirmation before an official model status change is recorded.
Active
A setup is described as active only after the relevant strategy conditions have been satisfied and the status has been updated through the official TizyCharts tracking process.
Invalidation Level or Invalidation Area
The invalidation level or area is a predefined reference used by the strategy to evaluate whether the original setup structure remains valid.
Reaching or crossing an invalidation reference does not necessarily represent an automatic execution instruction or an immediate status change.
Depending on the strategy, confirmation, closing-price conditions, timeframe rules or additional structural criteria may be required.
The dashboard and official strategy updates provide the definitive recorded status.
Extension
An extension is a predefined model level used to measure the development of an active setup.
Extensions are not guaranteed price forecasts, promises of profit or personalized exit instructions.
Closed or Invalidated
A setup is recorded as closed or invalidated only when the relevant strategy rules confirm the change of status.
The terms “active,” “closed,” “invalidated” and “extension reached” describe the status of the TizyCharts tracking model. They do not confirm that the publisher or any subscriber executed a corresponding transaction.
4. Price Data and Market Sources
Unless otherwise stated:
- charts and market-price data are sourced from TradingView;
- regular-session market prices are used;
- pre-market and after-hours prices are excluded from official model updates unless specifically identified;
- U.S. market prices generally refer to the relevant U.S. listing or data feed shown on TradingView;
- the publication timestamp shown by Substack, Telegram or the relevant platform represents the time at which the update was disseminated.
A specific publication may include an additional price timestamp where timing is materially relevant.
Price data may differ slightly between brokers, exchanges and market-data providers because of:
- different data feeds;
- delayed quotations;
- bid/ask spreads;
- exchange selection;
- rounding;
- pre-market or after-hours trading;
- corporate-action adjustments;
- temporary data errors.
For this reason, model levels are reference values used by the strategy and should not be treated as guaranteed transaction prices.
5. Performance Terminology
TizyCharts uses the term cumulative tracked outcome to describe the arithmetic sum of the individual outcomes recorded under a strategy’s published tracking rules.
For example:
The strategy has generated a cumulative tracked outcome of +X% since inception, calculated as the arithmetic sum of the recorded outcomes and not as a compounded portfolio return.
A cumulative tracked outcome is:
- the arithmetic sum of recorded setup outcomes;
- non-compounded;
- based on the stated rules of the relevant strategy;
- separate from any subscriber’s personal account performance;
- not automatically equivalent to the return of a fully funded investment portfolio.
TizyCharts does not describe cumulative tracked outcomes as compounded returns unless a publication explicitly states that a different methodology has been used.
Where applicable, TizyCharts separates:
- outcomes from closed setups;
- current outcomes from active setups;
- yearly tracked outcomes;
- cumulative outcomes since tracking began;
- results produced under different risk-management models.
Positive and negative outcomes are both included according to the published strategy rules.
6. Tracked Outcomes, Model Results and Actual Account Returns
The following terms have different meanings.
Tracked Outcome
A tracked outcome is calculated from setups documented under the predefined rules of a TizyCharts strategy.
It may use published activation, invalidation, extension and closing conditions, but it does not necessarily represent an order executed in a brokerage account.
Model or Simulated Result
A model or simulated result represents the theoretical development of a standardized strategy under its stated assumptions.
It may not include all real-world execution factors.
Actual Account Return
An actual account return would represent the performance of money held and traded in a real brokerage account, including actual:
- entry and exit prices;
- position sizes;
- available cash;
- commissions;
- spreads;
- slippage;
- financing costs;
- taxes;
- currency effects;
- compounding.
Unless a publication explicitly states otherwise, TizyCharts performance figures are tracked strategy outcomes and are not audited brokerage-account returns.
TizyCharts does not claim that published tracked outcomes represent the personal return achieved by the publisher or by any subscriber.
7. Costs, Slippage and Execution Differences
Unless specifically stated, tracked strategy outcomes do not include:
- brokerage commissions;
- bid/ask spreads;
- slippage;
- taxes;
- financing costs;
- margin interest;
- currency-conversion costs;
- differences caused by execution delays.
Actual results may therefore differ materially from published tracked outcomes.
A reader may also be unable to obtain the exact reference price shown in a publication or dashboard.
8. Conflicts of Interest and Personal Trading Policy
TizyCharts is funded primarily through reader subscriptions.
TizyCharts does not receive compensation from the companies or issuers covered in its setups and strategy publications.
TizyCharts does not accept payment from an issuer in exchange for:
- publishing a setup;
- giving a positive or negative opinion;
- including a security in a strategy;
- changing an activation or invalidation level;
- promoting a particular financial instrument.
As a standing policy, the publisher does not directly trade the individual securities covered by TizyCharts setup alerts.
The publisher does not purchase a covered security before publishing an alert or recommendation and does not sell a covered security following its dissemination.
TizyCharts does not engage in front-running, coordinated trading or trading intended to benefit from a possible audience reaction to a publication.
If a material personal interest, direct holding, commercial relationship, affiliate arrangement or issuer payment ever exists in relation to a specific publication, it will be clearly disclosed in that publication.
Any general commercial relationship, sponsorship or affiliate arrangement capable of affecting the perceived objectivity of TizyCharts content will also be disclosed.
Subscription revenue paid by readers does not depend on the inclusion, exclusion or direction of any particular security.
9. Update Policy
TizyCharts publishes updates when relevant events occur under the rules of the applicable strategy.
These events may include:
- new setup publication;
- activation;
- extension reached;
- invalidation;
- closure;
- strategy switch-off;
- earnings-related closure;
- material structural change.
Some alerts may be published as reminders before an official status change.
A reminder does not mean that the setup has activated, invalidated or closed.
The dashboard contains the complete current record and should be consulted for the definitive model status.
The frequency of updates depends on market activity and the rules of the relevant strategy. There is no guarantee that every setup will generate frequent updates.
10. Corrections and Historical Records
TizyCharts aims to preserve an accurate chronological record of setups, activations, invalidations, extensions, closures and performance updates.
If an error is identified, TizyCharts may correct:
- a price;
- a date;
- a ticker;
- a calculation;
- a setup status;
- a chart or data-entry mistake.
Material corrections will be identified where appropriate.
Corrections are intended to repair factual or calculation errors and not to remove unsuccessful setups or retrospectively improve historical results.
Strategy rules may be changed prospectively. Material changes to methodology will be disclosed and will not be silently applied to prior results.
11. Risk Warning
Trading and investing involve risk.
Financial instruments may experience:
- rapid price movements;
- gaps;
- losses greater than expected;
- low liquidity;
- increased volatility;
- failed breakouts;
- false activations;
- delayed execution;
- differences between model prices and executable prices.
An activation does not guarantee a positive result.
An extension may never be reached.
An invalidation level does not guarantee that a position can be closed at that exact price.
Past performance, tracked outcomes and historical simulations do not guarantee future results.
A strategy that performed positively in previous market conditions may perform differently or generate losses in the future.
12. No Guarantee of Results
TizyCharts does not guarantee:
- profits;
- successful activations;
- achievement of extensions;
- specific yearly or cumulative outcomes;
- recovery of losses;
- performance equal to historical tracking;
- results equal to those shown in a model or dashboard.
Performance figures describe past tracked activity under stated rules. They are not promises or projections of what a subscriber will earn.
13. Independent Decision-Making
Every reader must independently determine whether to:
- monitor a security;
- open or close a position;
- choose a position size;
- use leverage;
- use a stop;
- follow an activation or invalidation level;
- apply any TizyCharts strategy.
Nothing published by TizyCharts should be interpreted as confirmation that a particular decision is suitable for an individual reader.
Where necessary, readers should obtain advice from an appropriately authorised professional who can assess their personal circumstances.
